- About to CEESE 2026 !
The 2026 International Conference on Civil Engineering, Environmental and Safety Engineering (CEESE 2026) will be held grandly in Harbin, a technological hub for cold engineering in northern China. This conference focuses on the coordinated development of civil engineering construction, ecological environment protection, and engineering safety prevention and control, aiming to build an interdisciplinary and high-level international academic exchange platform, gathering experts, scholars, researchers, engineering technicians, government managers, and enterprise representatives in the fields of structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, municipal engineering, environmental science, safety engineering, disaster prevention and reduction, intelligent monitoring, and urban sustainable development. The conference will focus on in-depth discussions on cutting-edge topics such as durability research of civil engineering materials and structures under extreme weather conditions, green building and low-carbon construction technologies, development of urban underground spaces and safety of tunnel engineering in cold regions, water treatment and solid waste resource utilization in high-altitude regions, building environment health and indoor air quality control, full lifecycle safety monitoring and intelligent warning systems for major infrastructure, structural resilience assessment and protection technologies under earthquakes, fires, explosions and other disasters, identification and intelligent management of construction safety risks, emergency management of urban floods and ice and snow disasters, and safety control platforms based on BIM and digital twins. Through various forms such as keynote speeches, thematic forums, paper presentations, case studies, and technical exhibitions, we aim to promote the transformation and upgrading of civil engineering towards green, intelligent, and safe directions. CEESE 2026 emphasizes the core concept of "engineering foundation, environmental symbiosis, and safety first", and is committed to enhancing the sustainability and risk resistance of engineering construction, serving the national major strategies of new urbanization, carbon peak, carbon neutrality, and safe development. The high-quality papers accepted by the conference will be recommended for publication in relevant international journals indexed by SCI, EI, or Scopus, expanding the academic influence of research results.

All full paper submissions to the CEESE 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of CEESE 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

-Submission Guidelines-
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to ceese@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
Call for Reviewers
As a platform for global academic communication, the quality of conference publication has always an aspect attracting much of our attention. To ensure quality of our publication and to better serve the peers in academic circle, we now call for reviewers among professionals and experts of the world. Professionals and experts who hold PhD (doctoral) degree in the conference related areas are encouraged to join in us and together, we will work hard to become a world-class academic conference.
